DIY Facial Toner
I made this toner and have been using it for a couple weeks now! I love it. My face feels so clean and refreshed!
The recipe I used is:
1/3 cup filtered water
1/3 cup witch hazel
10 drops of Lavender essential oil
15 drops of Tea Tree oil
Combine ingredients, put in a 4 oz glass spray bottle,& enjoy!
